Commission proposes changes to Policies

The North Dakota Commission on Legal Counsel for Indigents met on September 16, 2021 and made preliminary approval of changes to several policies and the guidelines.  The policies include the assignment of counsel and copying costs.  They were sent out for comment on September 22, 2021.  You may review these policies and submit comment to clcivc@nd.gov.
