Commission welcomes a new supervisor in Williston

The Commission on Legal Counsel for Indigents has hired Eric Lundberg as the new supervising attorney in the Williston Public defender office.  Eric is a 2016 graduate of the UND School of Law.  Upon graduation, Eric clerked for North Dakota Supreme Court Justices Dale Sandstrom and Jerod Tufte before becoming a prosecutor.  He prosecuted in Williams count and with the United States Attorney Office.  After prosecuting, he worked for a non-profit organization working with victims and family law issues.  He is excited about working for the Commission and representing defendants.
