The Commission on Legal Counsel for Indigents is set to hold their annual Winter CLE on December 4, 2020. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the training will be provided in an online format. The CLE has been approved for 4 hours of general credit and 1 hour of ethics credit in North Dakota.
The Event Code will be provided to participants upon completion of the training. The lineup of topics is as follows:

2:10 p.m. – 3:40 p.m.: When the System Fails: Causes of Wrongful Convictions and the Work of the Innocence Project
3:45 p.m. – 4:45 P.M: Attorney/Indigent Client Relations and Ethics in Criminal Defense
